Andrew has a wealth of experience in the roofing industry, qualifying as a quantity surveyor in his early years he has gained vast knowledge and has now implemented this into the business.
As a Cladding Director, Suhail oversees XPRT’s specialist cladding and façade projects. A qualified quantity surveyor, he brings strong commercial expertise and proven sector experience from years within the industry.
Dave is XPRT’s Roofing Contracts Director, responsible for managing the successful delivery of roofing projects from planning through to completion. With extensive experience across the roofing sector, he brings practical site knowledge, strong contract management skills and a clear focus on safety, quality and programme delivery.
As Construction Director, Glen brings over 30 years’ experience delivering complex projects across healthcare, commercial, retail, high-end residential, insurance and refurbishment sectors. A Chartered Construction Professional, he combines hands-on technical knowledge with strong commercial and operational leadership to support safe, efficient and high-quality project delivery.
As Roofing Contracts Director, Darren is responsible for overseeing XPRT’s roofing projects from mobilisation through to completion. With pitched roofing as a key specialism, he brings strong technical knowledge, practical site experience and a clear focus on safety, quality and programme delivery.
Will is responsible for managing projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard. Working closely with clients, site teams and supply chain partners, he helps keep each project on programme and aligned with XPRT’s commitment to quality.
Zac supports XPRT’s roofing division with accurate, commercially focused tender submissions. With strong technical knowledge of roofing systems, specifications and project requirements, he plays a key role in developing competitive proposals that support successful project delivery.
As Roofing Estimator, Shaz supports XPRT’s tendering process by preparing accurate cost proposals for roofing projects. A recent graduate, he brings fresh technical knowledge, strong attention to detail and a developing understanding of roofing systems, helping support clear and competitive submissions.
Adriana supports XPRT’s tendering process with accurate and commercially focused cost proposals for cladding projects. With over 10 years’ experience in the sector, she brings strong technical knowledge, attention to detail and a clear understanding of project requirements.
As Resident Liaison Officer, Jenney acts as the key point of contact between XPRT, residents and site teams throughout live projects. Her role focuses on clear communication, careful coordination and ensuring residents are kept informed, supported and considered at every stage of the works.
As Finance Officer, Poppy supports XPRT’s financial and administrative operations, helping ensure the smooth running of the business day to day. Her role includes managing accounts processes, supporting project administration and maintaining accurate records across the company.
As Payroll & HR Administrator, Sharon supports XPRT’s people and payroll processes, helping ensure employees are managed accurately, professionally and in line with company procedures. Her role includes payroll coordination, HR administration, record management and day-to-day support across the business.
