Working in partnership with Local Authorities, Registered Providers, main contractors, and developers, XPRT Group delivers tailored solutions that meet each client’s needs, from day-to-day property maintenance to full external envelope works, including roofing and cladding, for homes, schools, public buildings, new developments, and more.

XPRT delivers new-build and integrated property solutions, working predominantly with public sector clients. Around 70% of our work is procured through Dynamic Purchasing Systems, frameworks, or partnering arrangements.
